1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with view to normalizing the installation and construction of coking chemical and mechanical equipment，promoting technical progress and ensuring Work quality.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the Work installation of metallurgical coking coal processing equipment and the mechanical equipment of the coke oven system，the dry quenching system and the gas purifying and chemical product recycling system.

1.0.3　Not only the requirements stipulated in this code on the Work installation of coking chemical and mechanical equipment，but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with.
