9.4 Installation of Scale for Coal Charger of Coal Tower
9.4.1 The elevation of top surface at rail joint of the rail section of weighing machine shall be 0 to 1.0mm lower than elevations of top surfaces of rail at two ends.
9.4.2 The installation of scale for coal charger shall be in compliance with the following requirements:
1 The center of sensor is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1.0mm；
2 The elevation of sensor is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±1.0mm；
3 The levelness of sensor base is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of side length of base；
4 The elevations of rails are adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm；
5 The centers of rails are adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 2.0mm.
