7.3 Installation of Waste Gas Exchange Shutter

7.3.1 Waste gas exchange shutter shall be subjected to check and acceptance before installation,and shall be in compliance with the following requirement:

1 The leak test of gas thallium and waste gas thallium shall be performed according to the requirements of design documents;

2 Waste gas thallium rod or gas thallium rod shall not be bent,and shall not be jammed during lifting or free dropping;

3 The turning plate in the valve body shall be flexibly rotated,and the turning plate shall not be jammed in the off position;

4 The on/off direction of air port regulation turning plate in the waste gas valve shall be consistent,and on/off position and direction indication shall be marked on the index dial.

7.3.2 Gap of waste gas exchange shutter and gap around small flue faucet and socket shall be uniform,and the allowable deviation of the longitudinal center line of the waste gas exchange shutter shall be 3.0mm.

7.3.3 The allowable deviation of the center elevation of the elevation of bifurcated pipe flange of the waste gas exchange shutter shall be±5.0mm,and the perpendicularity of flange surface shall not be larger than 1/500 of flange diameter.

7.3.4 The air cap is in the full closing state,and the gap of the contact surface shall smaller than 0.05mm.

7.3.5 The stroke of the waste gas thallium rod and the gas thallium rod are checked within the allowable deviation scope of the stroke of the exchange oil cylinder,and the allowable deviation of the lifting height shall be±5.0mm.
