6.6 Installation of Oven Ports

6.6.1 Oven ports shall be subjected to check and acceptance before installation,and shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1 The machining surface of oven port and knife edge shall be flat and smooth,and shall not have defects of sand holes,honeycombs,pores,flash,bumps,etc;

2 Small oven port shall be opened and closed flexibly,and shall not be jammed;

3 The construction of thermal insulation material of the oven port lining shall meet the requirements of design documents.

6.6.2 Before the installation of oven port,oven port knife edge and the spring of oven port bolt shall be in the loosened state,and the oven port knife edge shall have protective measures during installation to avoid damage to knife edge.

6.6.3 Coincidence shall be realized between oven riding wheel and port frame carrier roller base and between upper and lower port latches and hooks.

6.6.4 The contact of the oven port knife edge and the oven port frames shall be tight,gap shall be less than 0.1mm,and the continuous length of the gap shall be less than 100.0mm.

6.6.5 Space between adjusting nuts of upper and lower port latches of oven port and port latches shall meet the requirements of design documents.

6.6.6 Oven port latches and various bolts shall be adjusted respectively in the earlier and later stages of oven dry-off.
