4.2　Material

4.2.1　Material approach plan shall be formulated in accordance with equipment delivery schedule and construction schedule for organization.

4.2.2　Raw material，standard parts，steel members and semi-finished products shall be subjected to acceptance during approach and shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　All quality conformity certificates shall be checked，and models，specifications，textures，quality，quantity and performance of material shall meet the requirements of design documents and current national product standard.

2　Material shall be reinspected in case of re-inspection requirements in design documents and current national standard，and the re-inspection result shall meet the requirements of design documents and current national product standard.

3　The quality of material objects shall be subjected to spot check in proportion，each kind is subjected to spot check by 1% and shall not be less than 5 pieces，and its appearance quality and size deviation shall meet the requirements of current national standard.

4.2.3　Material shall be classified with marking in accordance with varieties，specifications and batch number for stacking and proper keeping，damage and deformation shall be avoided.

4.2.4　The models and specifications of welding material shall meet the requirements of design documents and welding technological document，and the keeping，drying，cleaning，supply，use and recycling of welding material shall meet the requirements of current national standard，product specification and technical documents.
