Getting help about computer problems
In addition to the search box, Windows 10, through the Get Help application, offers you the option to get help about computer problems from Microsoft's Virtual Agent.
To get help about computer problems, complete the following steps:
- Click the search box on the taskbar.
- With Cortana open, enter Get Help.
- With Microsoft's Virtual Agent open, type the keyword of what you're looking for (see the following screenshot):
