Configuring Narrator

Narrator enables you to control your device. Hence, Narrator reads the elements displayed on the screen, including text and buttons, and can be controlled by the keyboard, touch, and mouse. In addition, Narrator enables you to customize it so that you can select your favorite voice, change how much content you want to hear, use the Narrator cursor, and use Braille. 

To hear text and controls on the screen, complete the following steps:

  1. Press the Windows key + I to open Windows Settings.
  2. With the Windows Settings open, select Ease of Access.
  3. Select Narrator on the Ease of Access navigation menu.
  4. From the Use Narrator section (as shown in the following screenshot), you can turn on Narrator:
