参照国际上常用的癌症ICD-10分类统计表，根据ICD-10前三位“C”类编码，将癌症细分类为59部位、25个大类，其中脑和神经系统包括良性及良恶性未定肿瘤（D32-33，D42-43）。真性红细胞增多症（D45）、骨髓增生异常综合征（D46）、淋巴造血和有关组织动态未定肿瘤（D47）归入髓样白血病（C92）。详见表2-1、表2-2。

6　Classification and coding

6.1　Cancer classification

Taken from the World Health Organization（WHO）cancer classification publications of ICD-10 version，cancers were classified into 59 types and 25 categories with different anatomic sites.The neoplasms of cerebral and central nervous system（D32-33，D42-43，D45-47）are included in the ICD-10 cancer dictionary.For polycythaemia vera（D45），myelodysplastic syndromes（D46）and other neoplasms of uncertain or unknown behaviar of lymphoid haematopoietic and related tissue（D47），are coded as C92（Table 2-1，2-2）.

城、乡分类根据国家标准GB2260-2015，将地级以上城市归于城市地区，县及县级市归于农村地区，同时综合考虑地区经济及生活方式等因素。

东、中、西部地区的划分采用国家统计局标准。

东部地区包括：北京、天津、河北、辽宁、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东、海南11个省（市）；中部地区包括：山西、吉林、黑龙江、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南8个省；西部地区包括：内蒙古、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆12个省（市、自治区）。

七大区划分根据民政部区划分类。

华北地区：北京、天津、河北、山西、内蒙古；

东北地区：辽宁、吉林、黑龙江；

华东地区：上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东；

华中地区：河南、湖北、湖南；

华南地区：广东、广西壮族、海南；

西南地区：重庆、四川、贵州、云南、西藏；

西北地区：陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆。

6.2　Area classification

According to GB2260-2015 national standard，prefecture-level cities are classified into urban areas，whereas counties and county-level cities are classified into rural areas.The classification of the urban areas and rural areas in this book takes into account of the GB2260-2015 national standard，and the socio-economic status of the areas.

The classification of eastern areas，central areas and western areas is based on the standard of National Statistics Bureau.

The eastern areas consist of provinces of Beijing，Tianjin，Hebei，Liaoning，Shanghai，Jiangsu，Zhejiang，Fujian，Shandong，Guangdong，Hainan.The central areas consist of provinces of Shanxi，Jilin，Heilongjiang，Anhui，Jiangxi，Henan，Hubei and Hunan.The western areas consist of provinces of Inner Mongolia，Guangxi，Chongqing，Sichuan，Guizhou，Yunnan，Xizang，Shaanxi，Gansu，Qinghai，Ningxia and Xinjiang.

According to the standard from Ministry of Civil Affairs，the seven areas’ classification is shown as following：

North China：Beijing，Tianjin，Hebei，Shanxi，Inner Mongolia

Northeast：Liaoning，Jilin，Heilongjiang

East China：Shanghai，Jiangsu，Zhejiang，Anhui，Fujian，Jiangxi，Shandong

Central China：Henan，Hubei，Hunan

South China：Guangdong，Guangxi，Hainan

Southwest：Chongqing，Sichuan，Guizhou，Yunnan，Xizang

Northwest：Shaanxi，Gansu，Qinghai，Ningxia，Xinjiang
