Unit 1　共同海损General Average

共同海损（General Average），缩写为G.A.，是指为了使船舶或船上货物避免共同危险，而有意地、合理地做出的特殊牺牲或支付的特殊费用。共同海损损失应由船、货（包括不同的货主）各方共同负担。所采取的共同海损措施称为共同海损行为。共同海损货物分摊额，以“Cargo's Proportion of General Average”表示。
