第一部分　情景背景知识

It is common for regular meetings(Figure 3.1)to be held between the Owner and the Contractor, normally on a weekly or monthly basis, in the course of the construction of the project, at which various matters are discussed and, hopefully, resolved regarding progress, quality, environmental protection, site security and safety precautions, and so on.

在工程的实施过程中，通常业主与承包商定期或不定期地召开会议，通常为周例会或月例会(如图3.1)，安排下一阶段的工作，并就存在的问题协商解决，例如进度、质量、环境保护、现场安全及安全措施等。

1. Project Schedule Tips　工程进度安排注意事项

For all the geometrical dimensions such as centerline position, coordinate position, levelness, plumbness, elevation and relative distance, strict requirements of construction and acceptance codes shall be applied.Necessary protective measures shall be taken for equipment unloading, storage, handling, lifting and finished product protection, etc. in the process of construction. Temporary transportation road, water source, power supply, lighting, firefighting facilities, major materials and construction equipment, and manpower shall be sufficiently prepared and arranged before equipment installation.

设备安装施工中对于设备安装的中心线、坐标位置、水平度、垂直度、标高和相对距离等各种几何尺寸，应采用严格的施工要求和验收规范；施工过程中设备的卸车、存放、运输、吊装乃至产品保护等必须采取必要的保护措施。在设备安装前对临时建筑运输道、水源、电源、照明、消防设施、主要材料和机具及劳动力应有充分准备和安排。
