Brown：Do we need to put on the jackets, too?

刘杰：You’d better, to protect your body. Now please watch your step.

Brown：Thank you. Is the production line fully automated?

　　　　谢谢。生产线是全自动化吗？

陈俊：Well, not fully automated, around 90%.

　　　不完全是，自动化大概占90%。

Brown：How large is the plant?

  　　　工厂占地多大？

陈俊：It covers a total area of almost 340 hectares for the plant.

　　　厂区大约340公顷。

刘杰：This plant is located in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base.

　　　工厂位于宁东能源化工基地。

Huebner：Sounds great，Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base？Could you please share more information with us?

刘杰：Of course, Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base is located in Lingwu, Yinchuan of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Its construction scope consists of planning area, 645 square kilometers, and long-range planning area, 2855 square kilometers. The former mainly includes Yuanyanghu, Lingwu, Hengcheng coal mines, Shigouyi coal field and a heavy chemical industry project area of 13.57 square kilometers.

　　　当然可以，宁东能源化工基地位于宁夏回族自治区首府银川市灵武境内。基地规划建设范围分为远景规划区和规划区两部分。远景规划区面积约2855平方公里。规划区面积645平方公里，主要包括鸳鸯湖、灵武、横城三个矿区、石沟驿煤场及重化工项目区，其中重化工项目区规划面积13.57平方公里。

Huebner：How many process units involved in your plant?

　　　　  这个工厂包含多少工艺装置？

陈俊：The process production units mainly include twelve sets of ASU unit, twenty-eight gasifiers, six sets of CO-shift unit, four sets of rectisol unit, three sets of SRU, eight sets of F-T unit, one set of oil processing unit and tail-gas treatment unit.

　　　工艺生产装置主要包括12套空分装置、28台气化炉、6套一氧化碳变换装置、4套低温甲醇洗装置、3套硫回收装置、8套费托合成装置、1套油品加工装置及1套尾气处理装置。

Brown：What are the major products of your plant?

　　　　工厂的主要产品有哪些？

陈俊：Generally, it makes coal to liquids, including: diesel, LPG, naphtha, solid sulphur and other by-products. The total volume is up to 4 million tons per year.

　　　大体来讲，是把煤液化制成油品，包括：柴油、液化气、石脑油、固体硫黄及其他副产品。总产量达到每年400万吨。

Brown：It’s cool, so huge.

　　　　太棒了，如此巨大。

刘杰：This plant is one of the large-scale coal chemical plants in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base. This Base is Ningxia’s “Project No.One”. As the main force of base construction，ADS company assumes major responsibilities of building Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base and realizes the goal of achieving a moderately prosperous society in Ningxia.

　　　这个工厂是宁东能源化工基地大型煤化工项目之一。宁东能源化工基地是宁夏的“一号工程”。ADS公司是宁东能源化工基地建设的主力军，承担着宁夏经济繁荣发展的重任。

Brown：Your company is so fantastic in developing coal chemical industry.

　　　　贵公司在发展煤化工方面真是棒极了。
