地段位于东京历史中心“日本桥”地区，计划在此对日本桥町做城市改造，并建造一座集商业、居住与办公功能的综合体。

The site is in the historical center“Nihon bashi”area in Tokyo. It is planned to have a holistic urban regeneration in this area. A complex with commercial, residential and living space will be built.

教师评语

建筑非常谨慎地与地段环境融为一体，原有高架桥改造为散步公园与建筑裙房连为一体，创造出丰富流动的城市滨水公共空间。

COMMENTS

The building is cautiously integrated into the environment of the site. The Original viaduct is redesigned into a pedestrain garden, which, being an integral with the building complex, creates a colorful and flowing urban waterfront public space.

1~3层为公共空间，可自由抵达。4~10层为青年旅社，各层空中花园通过室外楼梯连通。图绿色部分示意高层的户外空间。

Floor 1~3 are public space. Floor 4~10 are hostel rooms with coutyards. These outdoor gardens are connected with stairs. The green areas in the following images are the gardens.
